Debt Less member successfully proves there is no liability for Council Tax. Slough Borough Council failed on three separate occasions at East Berkshire Magistrates’ Court to obtain a so-called ‘liability order’, their applications being dismissed. A subsequent claim in the County Court Money Claims Centre achieved damages of £7,500.00.
